A controversial decision is being proposed that will effect Longford Tourism and jobs. A decision to allow County Council to rezone a designated tourism area in the historical Ardagh Village by Charles Haughey decades ago, to agricultural zone that will change the Beauty of Ardagh forever. The public have until next tues to to voice theier concerns about this to your local councilors, after that the public will not have any say.
Clarification thanks to Ardagh Preservation Society
